View from Lounge into Kitchen / Dining room

Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable as possible and to provide you with those few extra luxuries that will make your stay even more special.

Fern Cottage consists of lounge, kitchen / dining room, bathroom with toilet, basin and shower and 1 double bedroom. Also included for your use during your stay is an LCD TV, DVD player, radio/CD player,fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. A 24 hour laundry service is also offered free of charge (for the first load). There is gas central heating in the bedroom, an electric stove in the lounge and electric fire in the kitchen / diner. All power, bed linen and towels are included.

No smoking please. Unfortunately we are unable to cater for pets. Basic groceries are provided (bread, milk, butter, jam, cereals). A Welcome Pack containing wine, beer, biscuits, a voucher for a local cafe and a momento of Thirsk is also provided. We also provide luxurious bathrobes and slippers for use during your stay. On arrival guests are greeted with a warm welcome and tea / coffee and biscuits
